I\u2019m Annie Plenge, a Family, Adolescent and Couples Counselor with more than 15 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults and families.<\/p>

My professional path began in schools, first as a teacher and later in counseling departments. I went on to work in a psychological center in Peru and developed my private counseling practice, supporting families through emotional, relational and educational challenges.<\/p>

I hold master\u2019s degrees in Family Counseling and in Education and Psychological Intervention, with additional training in psychological intervention and DBT for adolescents and families.<\/p>

Having lived and worked across different countries, I understand the impact that cultural change, relocation and family transitions can have on emotional well-being and relationships.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

In Switzerland, I have worked with Foundations for Learning, providing emotional counseling and guidance to children, adolescents and parents in international and private-school settings.<\/p>

My approach is warm, practical and collaborative. I work with adolescents, adults, parents, couples and families to better understand what is happening, improve communication and develop healthier ways of relating to one another.<\/p>

I also bring my own multicultural experience to my work. I offer counseling in Spanish and English, both online and in person.<\/p>

Outside my counseling work, I enjoy writing and baking with my children\u2014two activities that keep creativity, connection and family life close to the heart of what I do.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
