Psychological Support Service since November 2021. She has provided one-on-one emotional counselling to children and adolescents and worked collaboratively with local and international schools in Switzerland.<\/p>\n<p>Her role included designing and implementing individualized emotional support strategies for students and offering guidance and support to parents. Annie\u00a0worked with young people facing a range of challenges including ADHD, anxiety, and depression.<\/p>\n<p>Clients and their families have consistently commented on her empathic approach and deep commitment to her work. Over the course of her time at FFL, I have also witnessed her dedication to continued professional growth e.g. enrolling in a course to further deepen her skills as a counsellor. She has engaged in regular external professional supervision to support reflective practice and ongoing development. Ella lo ayud\u00f3 a conocer, describir y expresar sus emociones de manera l\u00fadica y acorde a su edad, lo que hizo que su comportamiento y mal humor mejoraran. Luego, nos involucr\u00f3 como familia, ya que en ese momento acababa de tener a mi segundo beb\u00e9 y nos resultaba dif\u00edcil entender la impulsividad y falta de flexibilidad de mi hijo mayor.<br \/>\nAnnie no solo le dio terapias a mi hijo, sino que tambi\u00e9n se convirti\u00f3 en nuestra asesora familiar, proporcion\u00e1ndonos herramientas realistas y \u00fatiles.<br \/>\nSe adentr\u00f3 en el trasfondo de nuestro desarrollo familiar y nos ense\u00f1\u00f3 c\u00f3mo  nuestras acciones como pareja y como padres de dos ni\u00f1os impactan en su crianza.<br \/>\nAnnie nos ayud\u00f3 mucho en su momento a mi y a mi esposo,<br \/>\nDespu\u00e9s de un tiempo, nos mudamos al extranjero y volv\u00ed a acudir a ella para el proceso de adaptaci\u00f3n de mi hijo mayor y para mi porque estaba  atravesando un momento de duelo y depresi\u00f3n.<br \/>\nHasta la fecha tengo sesiones semanales con ella.
