“I can’t imagine being more grateful to have found Annie. She is a wonderful counselor—warm, caring and committed. From the beginning, we have felt deeply supported and guided by her.
She has helped my daughter enormously through difficult moments and given her tools that have made a real difference in her well-being. She has also built a beautiful, trusting relationship with her, and to me, that is priceless.
She has been a tremendous support for our family. Anyone fortunate enough to find her will discover not only a great professional, but also a truly special person.”
“Annie has been a dedicated and highly valued member of our support service since November 2021, providing one-to-one emotional counseling to children and adolescents and collaborating with local and international schools in Switzerland.
Her work has included individualized emotional support for students and guidance for parents. Families consistently highlight her empathy, warmth and deep commitment.
She is a compassionate counselor who demonstrates sound professional judgment and a strong commitment to continued professional development.”
“Annie first came into our lives through my eldest son’s pediatrician in Lima. She helped him recognize and express his emotions in an age-appropriate way and later supported us as a family with practical tools we could use at home.
When we moved abroad, I returned to Annie for support with my son’s adjustment and with my own process of grief and adaptation. She has helped me find greater balance as a woman, wife, mother and expat.
I am deeply grateful for her warmth, professionalism and the way she helps me focus on my well-being.”
“I’ve been seeing Annie for more than two years and I’m very grateful for her support through challenging situations. She creates a space where I feel comfortable talking openly without feeling judged.
I especially value her ability to listen actively and offer direct, thoughtful feedback. Our sessions have helped me understand myself better and work on areas where I wanted to grow. I would definitely recommend Annie as a counselor.”
“Annie helps me a lot, and I have been doing much better since I started talking to her. I feel safe with her and feel that I can tell her anything. She understands me, helps me and doesn’t judge me.”
“My teenage daughter has been seeing Annie for about a year. She trusts her and enjoys talking to her. During this time, we’ve seen her grow in self-confidence and become clearer about her choices.
We are very grateful that our daughter has someone she trusts to support her as she navigates adolescence.”

Podcast on YouTube
This project was born from the need to open conversations that often happen in private, but that we also need to hear out loud.
After more than 15 years supporting adolescents, parents, couples and families, I have learned that behind every conflict there is a story, an emotion and a particular way of relating to one another.
In this podcast, I create a warm space to talk with professionals and people with different experiences about family, couples, parenting, adolescence, emotional health and relationships.
We are not looking for perfect answers or formulas. We want to understand ourselves better, ask new questions and take away practical tools for everyday life.
Real conversations about real relationships.
